 Anton Cetín painter, printmaker.
Anton Cetín was born on September 18,1936 in Bojana, Croatia. He graduated from the School of fine Arts in Zagreb in 1959. From 1959 to 1964 he studied printmaking at the academy of Visual Arts in Zagreb.
Anton honed his printmaking in Paris from 1966 to 1968. Since 1968 he has been living and working in Toronto Canada as a professional artist. He has held over 70 one- man exhibitions and participated in about 150 group exhibitions on all five continents. A deluxe monograph about the life and work of Anton Cetìn, with a chronological survey from 1955 to 1986, was published in 1986. Dr. David Burnett of Toronto wrote the text. More on Cetín
