Artist Database Administration

Database Administration This is for administering your artist database. Adding, modifying, deleting information in the artists database.

Members Database Administration

Enter Members Registration for Database access
Name and password registration for members to access to the Artists Database.

Check The Members file

Members Classified Ad Administration

Enter Members registration for access to the Classified ads section. Members USER NAME is always "member" (in lower case) and the password will be gernerated by the system automatically.

This is for entering MEMBERS only to the classified ad database. All registrations go to a temp registration file until they are verified, this is done so people can not register, post and ad and then not pay for it.

After you register a member you will have to cut and paste from the temp file to the actual user file before the new member will have access. Once you have registered a new member you will be mailed thier password which you can forward to the member. The diragram shows how you would enter a member.
Member Register Example Entering a member like this would leave him anonimous as your name and email would be with his ad and all transactions would have to go through you. All members will have the login name "member" and will be differntiated by their password.
